Double+ Privacy and Agreement

1. General Principles"

1.1 The ownership and operation rights of Double+ APP belong to Huizhou Debo Acoustics Co., Ltd.
1.2 Before using the services of this APP, users should read this agreement carefully and agree to abide by this agreement and all APP rules before they can become a Debo Acoustic user. Once the user registers successfully, an agreement relationship will automatically be formed between the user and this APP. , users shall be bound by this Agreement and all APP rules. When using special services or products, users must agree to accept the relevant agreements before they can use them.
1.3 This agreement will be implemented from the date of release. The management team of Double+ reserves the right to interpret and modify the rules.

2. Service content

2.1 The specific content of this APP network service is provided based on actual conditions, such as voice control system, community, posting, courses, Q&A, messages, etc.
2.2 Some of the network services provided by this APP are paid network services. Users need to pay a certain fee to this APP to use paid network services. For charged network services, this APP will give users clear prompts before using them. Only when users confirm their willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can users use such charged network services. If the user refuses to pay the relevant fees, this APP has the right not to provide such paid network services to the user.
2.3 This APP only provides related network services. In addition, equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required fees (such as The telephone and Internet fees paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

3. User account

3.1 Users can register as official users of Double+ through the following methods:
(1) Users who have completed the registration process through this APP system and passed identity authentication

(1) Users registered using this APP system can only use Chinese characters, English letters, numbers, underscores and their combinations. Spaces, various symbols and special characters are prohibited, and the maximum number shall not exceed 16 characters (8 Chinese characters) Register, otherwise registration will not be granted.
3.3 If a user's account is found to contain indecent words or inappropriate names, this APP reserves the right to disqualify the user.
(1) Please do not register with the real names, trade names, stage names, or pen names of party and state leaders or other social celebrities;
(2) Please do not register in the name of a national agency or other institution;
(3) Please do not register an account with an uncivilized or unhealthy name, or an account that contains discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words;
(4) Please do not register an account that is likely to cause ambiguity, cause misunderstanding by others, or otherwise does not comply with legal requirements.
3.4 The ownership of the user account belongs to the APP, and the user only has the right to use it. 3.5 The user is obliged to ensure the security of the password and account. The user shall be solely responsible for any loss or damage caused by all activities carried out by the user using the password and account, and the APP shall not bear any responsibility. If the user discovers that the account has been used without authorization or any other security issues occur, the user should immediately change the account password and keep it properly, and notify the user if necessary. APP does not assume any responsibility for illegal use of accounts due to hacking or user negligence.

4. Cancel account

You have the right to cancel your Double+ account. You can perform online operations by accessing "Settings" - "Cancel Account" in the upper right corner of the App's "Personal Center" page. After you successfully log out, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations and corresponding national standards.
If you are unable to access, correct or delete your personal information and cancel your account through the above methods, or if you believe that your personal information has been collected and used in violation of the law, you can provide information through our customer service or through this privacy policy other ways to contact us. In order to ensure security, we may need you to provide corresponding methods to prove your identity and the legitimacy of your request. We will respond to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost depending on the circumstances. For those that are gratuitously repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, require the development of new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes) request, we may deny it.

5. Rules of use

4.1 Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the "Computer Information System Security Protection Regulations of the People's Republic of China", "Computer Software Protection Regulations", "Several Issues of Applicable Laws of the Supreme People's Court on the Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes" Interpretation (Fa Interpretation [2004] No. 1)", "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security", "Internet Electronic Bulletin Service Management Regulations", "Internet News Information Service Management Regulations", "Internet Copyright Administrative Protection Measures" and the "Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Rights" and other laws, regulations, and implementation measures related to computer Internet regulations and intellectual property rights.
4.2 Users are fully responsible for the content they publish, upload or transmit. All users are not allowed to publish, reprint or transmit information containing any of the following content on any page of the APP. Otherwise, the APP has the right to handle it on its own without notifying the user:
(1) Violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigate crimes;
(8) Insult or slander others and infringe upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering of people to disrupt social order;
(10) Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;
(11) Contains content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations or other objectionable materials including but not limited to information, materials, text, software, music, photos, graphics, information or other materials.
4.3 Users promise to own all information published or uploaded to this APP (that is, works that are stipulated in the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, pictures, music, movies, performances, audio and video products, and computer programs, etc. ) all enjoy complete intellectual property rights, or have been legally authorized by the relevant rights holders; if the user violates the provisions of this article and causes the APP to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate all costs of the APP (including but not limited to various compensation fees , litigation agency fees and other reasonable expenses incurred for this purpose);
4.4 When a third party believes that the information published or uploaded by the user on this APP infringes upon its rights and sends a rights notice to the APP in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Rights" or relevant legal provisions, the user agrees that the APP can decide at its own discretion to delete the suspected Infringing information, unless the user submits written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement, this APP will not automatically restore the above deleted information;
(1) Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
(2) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;
(3) Do not use APP services to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(4) This APP service shall not be used to conduct any behavior that is detrimental to this APP.
4.5 For any text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video uploaded by users to the App, or your other usage behavior, we will reserve the right to supervise and review the content in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
4.6 If the user violates any of the above provisions when using online services, the APP has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting the content posted by the user within 24 hours, suspending, entering into a blacklist or even terminating the user) The right to use this App network service) to mitigate the impact of user misconduct.
4.7 If any user finds that App content is suspected of insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests, or violating the App Agreement, he or she has the right to make a complaint and report in accordance with the App's complaint rules, or to block the corresponding user content.

6. Copyright Statement

5.1 For any content published by users and uploaded to this APP, this APP enjoys permanent, irrevocable, free, non-exclusive rights to use and sublicense worldwide regardless of form or carrier. Including but not limited to modification, reproduction, distribution, exhibition, adaptation, compilation, publication, translation, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance and recreation, as well as other rights determined by laws and regulations such as copyright law.
5.2 The unique copyrights of this APP such as logo, layout design, arrangement, etc. belong to this APP and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
5.3 The information obtained by users from the services of this APP may not be copied or reproduced arbitrarily without permission.
5.4 Any content used in this APP should be marked "from Double+" and signed with the author's name. If remuneration is required to be paid according to legal regulations, the APP and the author should be notified and remunerated, and the author shall be independently responsible for all legal responsibility.
5.5 This APP enjoys the right to use and priority of all works for other purposes, including but not limited to websites, electronic magazines, print publishing, etc. The author is deemed to have agreed to these terms when publishing content on the APP.
5.6 All contents of this APP only represent the author's own position and opinions and have nothing to do with the APP. The author himself bears all legal responsibilities.
5.7 If the content of this APP is maliciously reproduced, the APP reserves the right to take legal action.

7. Responsibility Statement

6.1 The user explicitly agrees that the risks and all consequences of using this APP network service will be entirely borne by the user himself, and the APP does not assume any responsibility for this.
6.2 This APP cannot guarantee that network services will definitely meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of network services.
6.3 This APP does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users. At the same time, APP does not assume any responsibility for the content on any webpages that these external links point to that are not actually controlled by this APP.
6.4 APP does not assume any responsibility for network service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond its control, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impact caused to users.
6.5 APP does not assume any responsibility for the quality defects of the following products or services provided by APP to users and any losses caused by them:
(1) Various network services provided by this APP to users for free;
(2) Any products or services presented to users by this APP;
(3) Various products or services provided by this APP to paid network service users.
6.6 This APP has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate this service (or any part thereof) at any time, regardless of whether it is notified or not, and this APP does not assume any responsibility to users or any third party.

8. Privacy Ordinance

7.1 This APP will not disclose to the public or provide third parties with the registration information of individual users and the non-public content stored in this APP when users use network services, except for the following circumstances:
(1) Obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance;
(2) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
(3) In accordance with the requirements of relevant government departments;
(4) To safeguard the interests of the public.
7.2 This APP may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant network services to users. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as this APP for protecting user privacy, this APP has the right to use the user’s registration information. etc. provided to the third party.
7.3 On the premise of not disclosing the private information of individual users, this APP has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.
7.4 Our Children's Policy: We do not provide services to children under 13 years of age.

9. Supplementary Provisions

8.1 The formation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
8.3 The right to interpret and revise this agreement belongs to Huizhou Debo Acoustics Co., Ltd.
